We are organising a private policy roundtable discussion (Chatham House rules) kindly hosted by the Institute of Directors (IoD) Property and Built Environment Group.

This discussion will centre around ideas and proposals to achieve the introduction of sensible regulation and incentives for the construction and real estate industry.

We are gathering a group of 25-30 government policymakers and cross-industry experts, including leading property developers, financiers, heritage experts, architects, engineers, planners, and volunteers to discuss this important issue.
